Credentials and Experience: Heidi Troxell is a trial attorney with a master’s degree in social work. She has years of experience working at the Colorado Public Defender’s Office and has negotiated thousands of cases, conducted many jury trials, and defended clients against everything from DUI cases to homicides and sex offenses.
Scott Troxell has represented thousands of individuals over his more than 15-year career. His cases range from misdemeanor domestic violence and DUI to Vehicular Homicide and First-Degree Murders. He was both a Supervising Attorney and Managing Attorney/Office Head for the Colorado State Public Defender and provided many internal trainings to other attorneys in State Public Defender system. In 2010 he attended the National Criminal Defense College – Trial Practice Institute in Macon, GA.
